Custom Order Inquiries

Most of the pieces shown on our website were created in response to an individual customer's request, so the actual items shown are not available for purchase. If you see something you like, please contact us to discuss such particulars as choice of wood, dimensional requirements and delivery schedule.

Placing an Order

If you're serious about commissioning a piece of custom furniture, please send us an email or give us a call to discuss your project. We'll answer any questions you might have and gather information about your desired piece, and then work to figure out a cost estimate and when it might fit into our production schedule. If you decide to go ahead with the commission, we'd accept a deposit once we're ready to begin work in the shop.

Lead Times

We're a small shop with limited production capability, so lead times can be long, often on the order of a year (or more, depending on our current backlog). We typically have multiple projects ongoing, and can sometimes squeeze in additional projects, but please expect that your furniture orders may take some time to complete!

Deposits

Depending on the size of a project, we may request a deposit of 1/4 to 1/2 of the total quote before beginning in earnest. This allows us to purchase material if need be and assures your position in our production queue.
